I do not consent for my art to be used in teaching generative AI.

I do not consent for my art to be sold as an NFT to the third party.

I do not consent for my artwork to be used to spread harm on other people based on their personal identity (etnicity, sexuality, gender, etc).

After purchase the client is allowed to use the product for any purpose, but the product cannot be modified. Leave credit to the original artist.

I accept transactions only through PayPal and/or Kofi, paid upfront after the rough sketch has been composed (emoji sets not included).

The age of the client must be confirmed to be above 18 years of age for suggestive and NSFW commissions. This rule operates on the honor system and if I find out that the client is under age mid commission, it will be canceled and money refunded.

I will not work on artwork containing illegal material for obvious reasons.

Completion of the commission is not evident of a partnership or a long-term agreement, we are client and freelancer by the letter of the commission agreement. The client cannot claim, without my approval or consent, that the contract extends further than the commission.

I reserve the right to refuse accepting the service for any reason.

If I cannot finish the service for any reason, the client has a right to receive a refund if they wish so.
